Clients edit their own websites
A web agency added Octodus to its client work chats. Move a block, recolour a button, change language — the client types in the chat, and the change goes live on the site. The team isn't interrupted by small things and can focus on projects.
«Clients handle minor edits themselves — we got hours back every day.»

Planning permission exposé — in an evening
The firm needed an exposé — a presentation of an unbuilt building for planning authority sign-off: what is being built, where and why. Normally at least 5 days and from $10 k. Octodus compiled the presentation in an hour and a half.
«What the firm normally takes a week, we got done in a single evening.»

5 facade variants
Photorealistic facade rendering — in hours, not weeks
The architects needed to show the client what the building would look like. Octodus assembled a 3D model in the browser to exact dimensions — footprint, number and spacing of windows, style — and rendered a photorealistic image at full scale. Five facade variants in one chat in a few hours.
«Studio quality for a building that didn't exist half an hour ago.»

Grant end to end
Grant application and five contractors — in one chat
A construction company was applying for a grant for its own documentation control system on site — with strict requirements. Octodus parsed the requirements, selected the relevant ones, structured the documents and wrote the business plan through to submission with minimal human input. In parallel — coordinating five contractors, collecting documents and tracking statuses in Telegram.
«We submitted without dropping our main work. Even the patent attorneys were surprised by the speed.»

Hotel path dispute: a solution twice as cheap
A discussion was underway in the chat with architects and builders about garden paths for a park hotel. Octodus immediately flagged the weakness in the plan — straight, non-looped routes — explained how garden paths are designed, and proposed a material that's half the price of paving per square metre and looks better in a forest setting.
«A second opinion that saved half the path budget.»

Restaurant area −111 m² and 6 code violations
Octodus reduced the restaurant area from 490 to 379 m² across 4 iterations — instead of weeks of work it took two days — and in the process found 6 critical building code violations missed in the original design.
«In two days — what was planned for weeks, plus we caught 6 violations.»
